Manifa Nazarian is a Classically French trained chef, and a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Manifa has been working as a chef for the past 15 years. She has worked in restaurants, hotels, private homes cooking for very high end clientele including billionaires, celebrities, and musicians. Shes has also spent some time in tv production as a culinary producer. It is with vast knowledge of food that she plans on educating students that are interested in learning about all things food related.
Her love of food goes all the way to her childhood surrounded by family and friends and the bounty of freshly prepared meals from scratch. She hopes to bring compassion and passion to her clients who yearn for a positive change in their lives, and seek to learn new cuisine. She looks forward to helping clients reach their highest potential with the tenderest care she can give. She lives in Los Angeles, is married, and is the proud mom of two adorable doggies.
Jennifer Lew attributes her passion and curiosity for food to her childhood, growing up a “military brat,” where her large, tight-knit family was the one constant in their endless travels. Moving place-to-place allowed her to experience many cultures and different approaches to cuisine and cooking. Jennifer was also inspired by her grandfather, who acted as the family chef; planning, shopping for and creating the nightly family dinners. After 20 years working in the creative industry, all the while continuing her quest for good food and culinary knowledge, she attended the culinary program at New School of Cooking – and she has never left. Upon commencement, she was hired and over the years, has loved sharing her knowledge with both adult and child students alike. Jennifer believes that good, fresh ingredients, a little creativity and confidence in the kitchen is the perfect recipe for great food.
